March is Women's History Month. And Pen and Prosper is delighted to highlight the collective strengths and gifts of fierce female bloggers everywhere, through its "Phenomenal Woman" series.     I did this last year and called it "I am woman hear me roar series". I got an excellent response from lots of ladies including award-winning journalists. I hope you feel inspired to submit something too. :-)
