10 of the Most Fascinating Bloggers of 2012! Continued...

Last week, we explored five hot spots, based upon folks I designated as most interesting amid today's vast sea of bloggers. Today we'll continue sharing links I believe to be "bookmark" worthy.
Please be sure to connect with me and leave a comment to let me know if you find these types of posts to be beneficial. Or if you would simply like to share a site that you think deserves recognition, "have at it".
Don't be shy; you're amongst friends. :-)
So grab your favorite brew and let's get started...shall we?

  • MONIQUE @ DIVAS CAN COOK
Writers can't live on chocolate alone. And though we've been referred to as "starving artist" we do love our food! So today's shout out goes to Monique at Divascancook. Her tag line aptly reads: "Old fashioned cooking for today's modern super woman." Here you'll find both simple and elegant fixings to impress family and friends. Not to mention, the dishes are beautifully displayed and "tasteful" in every sense of the word.
Monique has even been featured in Forbes, Kraft, and the popular Nate Berkus Show.

  • MARY JACKSH
I "met" Mary some time ago, through her great work at Write to Done, (which by the way, is a must-read for those seeking to become better bloggers). I also came to learn that she operates her own successful site, known as Zen Habits. What I dig about Zen Habits is the array of topics purposed to help readers live a more peaceful, progressive, productive life. Categories include: creativity, fitness, spirituality, and meditation. As for Mary? She seemingly does it all: she's a psychotherapist, has a Black Belt in Karate, and loves to "tango in skimpy dresses". You go girl!

  • JARROD CLARK
Jarrod is the blogger behind Optimistic Journey, a personal development site that helps readers to be encouraged in their daily walk, and find strength through trials and tribulations. With 100s of posts on a variety of themes, you're sure to find words of comfort and food for thought.

  • ONIBALUSI @ YOUNG PRE PRO
Younger and more profitable than the average blogger, "Oni" is the one to watch! At his site he teaches bloggers how to score more traffic and make more money. And he walks the talk! He's been featured at just about every "top-dog" site online, and was "profiled" by Carol Tice in Forbes Magazine in recent years.

  • LORI @ TINY BUDDHA
With over 320,000 followers, Lori has a cult-like following and a distinctive voice. At her site, she provides tools and tips to enhance and "de-clutter" the lives of busy readers. Check out this easy to navigate spot with many useful articles, and I'm sure you'll consider it a wise choice to include in your weekly readings!

Well folks, there you have it. I hope you'll check out these sites and that you will be enriched in so doing. :-)

Thoughts? Any of these familiar? Any you'd like to add? I'm waiting... :-)

  4. Thanks for sharing
    the Zen Habits site Jennifer,

As I wrote about in some of my previous comments, recently I re-discovered what (SF) writer Ray Bradbury wrote about - Zen - and writing.....,

I also read a post on Zen Habits about Samuray, and that reminded me about a (smart) Cold Calling technique that sometimes works. By 'using the energy' of the one you want to sell to.

Not by starting to say that you want to sell something, because chances are that than they directly want to stop the conversation.

Instead 'Walking in their direction' for a short while, and for example asking them if they also sell product X or Z, and than slowly turn the conversation into 'Lead Qualification' and what you have to offer.

    1. Hey there, Yasmin,

Isn't it awesome?! Let me know if you try any of the recipes. I'm thinking I'll do the dressing and potatoe salad recipes. Good to hear from you on this. Much thanks!
